Glenn Reynolds has a few observations about the recent testosterone meltdown in the Kerry Campaign.
"It's some kind of bizarre testosterone meltdown. I don't know what to make of it, but it makes me wonder. The louder people talk of their manhood, the more I question why they're trying so hard."
Glenn is correct. The more someone tries to prove they're a "real man" by telling everyone over and over again how manly and tough they are, the more evidence you have that they really doubt it themselves.
People who actually possess the elusive "right stuff" assume everyone around them is already aware that they possess it , and don't feel the need to keep reminding them.
